Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with Archy in just 5 minutes! This guide will take you from signup to your first AI consultation.

Step 1: Create Your Account (1 minute)​

  1. Visit askarchy.ai
  2. Click "Get Started"
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Choose your team name (this can be your company name)
  5. Select a subscription plan (free trial available)

Step 2: Set Up Your Profile (1 minute)​

After signing in, you'll be prompted to:

  1. Enter your role (Enterprise Architect, IT Operations, Business Analyst, etc.)
  2. Describe your organization (size, industry, main challenges)
  3. Set your goals (what you want to accomplish with Archy)

This helps Archy provide more relevant guidance during your sessions.

Step 3: Start Your First Meeting (30 seconds)​

  1. From your dashboard, click "Start Meeting with Archy"
  2. Allow camera and microphone permissions
  3. Wait for Archy to appear (usually within 5-10 seconds)

The AI avatar will greet you and be ready for conversation!

Step 4: Your First Conversation (3 minutes)​

Try this conversation starter:

"Hi Archy, I'm new here. Can you help me document our main business system?"

Archy will guide you through:

  • Understanding your system's purpose
  • Identifying key users and processes
  • Documenting technical details
  • Creating initial architecture records

Sample Questions Archy Might Ask:​

  • "What does this system do for your business?"
  • "Who are the main users?"
  • "What other systems does it connect to?"
  • "What data does it manage?"

Step 5: Review What You've Created​

After your conversation, check out:

  1. Systems Page - See your documented system
  2. Meeting Recording - Review the transcript and summary
  3. Insights - View AI-generated recommendations
